SANDWICH  GRILLED PORTABELLA

Ingredients

4 large portobello mushrooms: only the hats and cleaned with a mushroom brush (do not keep under water because it gives too much moisture), a little olive oil, salt, grounded black pepper, mayonnaise, a small jar of green pesto, 2 teaspoons grainmustard, 4 hamburger buns cut open, leaves lettuce, roasted red peppers

How to prepare?

Heat the grill to medium heat. Brush the portabella caps with olive oil, season with salt and pepper. Grill the mushrooms with the flat side on the grill and close the grill for 6-8 min until soft. Add the pesto, mayonnaise and mustard in a bowl and mix well. Lubricate the bun halves well with the mixture. On the bottom side of the bun lay the oak leaf salad. Divide the grilled peppers evenly over the buns. Now place a portabella mushroom on the peppers, close the bun and serve immediately. Keep the buns together with a stick.

TRIFFLE RED BLUE AND WHITE

Ingredients

450 ml whipped cream, 220 gr cream cheese naturel, 200 g marshmallows cream , 1 tablespoon finely chopped lemon zest, 2 tablespoons lemon juice, 500 gr strawberry jam melted and cooled, 50 gr castered sugar, 1 kg sliced strawberries , 400 gr. blueberries, 1 biscuit dough or sponge cake cut into small pieces. To decorate a few strawberries, blueberries and mint leaves

How to prepare?

Take a very large glass bowl on foot (presents better) or several small ones. Make 450 ml sweetened whipped cream. Put in a mixing bowl cream cheese, marshmallow cream, the finely chopped lemon zest and lemon juice and mix well. Once well mixed, add the whipped cream gently to the mixture , you schould get a soft spreadable mass. Taste and sweet if necessary. Put in another bowl, half of the 500 gr jam with the strawberries and mix thoroughly. Put in another bowl the other half of the jam and mix it with the blue berries. Now is time to built up the layers, beginning at the bottom with the half of the cheese, whipped cream and marshmallow mix. Lay a layer of the pieces of biscuit dough. Next a thick layer of jam with blueberries. Again a layer of biscuit dough pieces, and then the second layer with jam and strawberries. For decoration just finishing with whipped cream, strawberries and blue berries. Prick a mintleaves in the cream.
