BREADPUDDING

ingredients

500 gram of old bread, 1 liter of milk, 250gr of brown sugar, 3 tablespoons candice sirop, 1 egg, 200 gr. of raisons, 1 gr. of butter, 1 tablespoon breadcrumbs, 250 gr. of old pastries, cake of gingerbread.

Preparation

Break the old bread and old pastries into small pieces. Warm the milk, remove from heat and let the bread and old pastries, soak for 40 minutes. Add the sugar, cadice sirope, the beaten egg and raisins to the soaked bread and stir firmly together. Brush the cake mold with butter and add the breadcrumbs. Fill it with the bread dough and bake for one hour in a preheated oven at 180 ° C.

Once baken, remove the cake from the mold and allow to cool down under a kitchen towel. Serve the pieces of bread pudding with a little icing sugar.

GLASSES OF TIRAMISU

Material

kitchenrobot with wisk, serving glasses or big whiskey-glasses, a pipingbag with pippingtube for wipped cream.

Ingrediënts

500 gr. mascarpone cheese, 300 gr long champagne cookies, 100 gr. of sugar, 3 eggs, 1 pear, 1 big cup of strong coffee, amaretto, cocao powder.

Preparation

 

Take the bowl of your food processor and two other bowls that you will need .. Separate the eggs and place the yolks in the bowl of the food processor. Collect the egg whites in a different bowl. Place the bowl of a food processor and use the whisk attachment. Add the sugar and turn on the machine. Let beat until you get a pale smooth pasterie.

Stir the mascarpone true the mixture of yolks and sugar. Add the Amaretto to your propre taste. Let the machine run at moderate speed and a bit later turn up to a higher speed until all ingredients are all blended.

Use a large whisk to beat the egg whites to a light strong  foam. It should be possible to turn the bowl over your head. Fold the whipped egg whites to the mixed mascarpone mixture.

Make a cup of strong coffee and add amaretto to your preference.

Cut a pear into small pieces.

Take the glasses. Take a piping bag and fill the bag with the mascarpone.

Take the long champagne cookies and soak them in the coffee. Break them into small pieces en place them in the bottom of the glass.  Press well, pipe a layer of mascaropone over the cookies, lay the chopped pear on top, pipe some mascarpone and add an other layer of ladyfingers on the mascarpone,pipe an other layer of mascarpone. Your tiramisu glasses are ready to be refrigerated.  Before serving sprinkle the glasses with some cocoa powder, insert a half long finger and enjoy !

 

BRUSSELS WAFLES

Ingredients :

100 g oat flour, 150g wholemeal spelled flour , 100g Alpro baking & roasting ,100 gr cornstarch ,1 tbsp groundnut oil
650 ml oat milk, soy milk or regular milk, 15 g of the protein of two eggs , 2 egg yolks , 1 tablespoon baking powder

Ingredients for the decoration :

1 cup soy cream, strawberries

 

Preperation :

Mix the spelled flour, oats and cornstarch, add the 2 egg yolks and baking powder. Smelt the Alpro baking & roasting and add. Mix the oat milk underneath and stir well. Let rest for 30 minutes. Beat the egg whites in the meantime, to white foam. Add eggwhites in the dough stir slowly, and bake the waffles in a hot iron. Cut the strawberries into pieces. Whisk the soy cream. Place the strawberries on the wafer and finish with soy cream.
