STRAWBERRY DAIKIRI

Ingredients

2 tablespoons cane sugar, 5 cl Pulco lemon juice, 10 cl white rum, 5 strawberries, a handful of ice cubes, measuring cup, blender, tulip glass

Preparation

Place 5 strawberries in the blender, empty 2 tablespoons cane sugar into the blender. Pour 5cl pulco lemon juice and 10cl white rum into the blender, add the ice cubes (8-10). Set the blender setting to 1 and blend and grind everything together. Empty the blender into a tulip glass and use thick straws. Finish the glass with a strawberry on the rim of the glass.

666 DEVILS CIRCLE 

Ingredients

2 ounces rye whiskey, 3/4 ounce Heering Cherry Liqueur, 3/4 ounce Chile-Infused Aperol, and 3/4 ounce fresh lemon

Recipe

Combine 2 ounces rye whiskey, 3/4 ounce Heering Cherry Liqueur, 3/4 ounce Chile-Infused Aperol, and 3/4 ounce fresh lemon juice in a cocktail shaker.

Fill with ice, cover, and shake until outside of shaker is frosty, about 30 seconds. Strain into a coupe glass.

STRAWBERRY, LEMON, BASIL MIMOSAS

Ingredients

3/4 cup packed  basil leaves, Juice from 2 large lemons (should yield about 1/2 cup  lemon juice),1/2 cup agave or honey,8 medium fresh or frozen strawberries, thawed and sliced,One 750ml bottle Prosecco, chilled,1/2 cup soda water or sparkling water, chilled

Directions

Combine the basil, lemon juice and agave in a pitcher. Using a wooden spoon, lightly muddle the basil. Add the strawberries, Prosecco and soda water to the pitcher. Pour into chilled champagne glasses and serve.

GIN – GINGER COCKTAIL

Ingredients

1½ parts Hendrick’s Gin, ½ part St. Germain (Ginger liqueur) , ¾ part lime juice ,¼ part simple , ,-syrup , 1½ part soda water ,1 dash lavender ,Cucumber spear 
 

Directions

Mix all ingredients excluding soda water. Shake well with ice and strain into an iced long glass. Top with soda water and garnish with cucumber spear, lime wedge or sprig of lavender.

EASY BREEZY GIN – JAMING COCKTAIL

Ingredients

2 oz gin, 1 oz lemon juice, 1 teaspoon raspberry jam (or any flavor of your choice!), Extra spoonful of jam for garnish

Directions 

Add the gin, lemon juice and jam to cocktail mixer.  Add ice and shake for 10 seconds.  Strain into a glass over crushed ice.  Top off the drink with another spoonful of jam and stir it in as you sip!

WATERMELOEN AGUA FRESCA

Time to prepare : 15 minutes- total time to prepare this drink : 4 hours and 15 minutes.

Ingredients

1.5 kg of watermelon ( weight without the green or yellow shell), 240 ml water, 75 gr sugar or 40 gr sweetener, 60 ml lime juice, 1 liter club soda  (chilled), 1 lime as decoration.

Directions

Put half of the amount of watermelon, sugar and water in a blender. Blend the ingredients untill you get a thick soup, sift true a sifter.  Repeat the procedure for the second amount of ingredients.

Poor everything in a bowl and add the lime juice to the bowl.  Let cool in a fridge for 4 hours.

Just before serving, add the club soda en decorate with a slice of lime.

 

WATERMELOEN GIN FIZZ

 

Time to prepare : 10 minutes – Total time to prepare this drink : 45 minutes

Ingredients

2 x 500 gr of watermelon (weight without the green and yellow shell , 2 x 90 ml of gin, 8 tablespoons of lime juice, 2x 160 ml of ginger ale (you have to blend them separately because of the amount of watermelon) , 1 lime for decoration

Directions

Cut the watermelon into small cubes and keep some cubes a side for decoration. Put the cubes for decoration in the freezer. Blend the watermelon, sift and dived the juice of the four cocktail glasses. Put some ice cubes in the glass.

Divide the Gin and Ginger Ale over the 4 glasses and poor 2 tablespoons of lime in each glass.

Decorate with the frozen watermelon cubes in the glass and a slice of lime.

 

 

FROZEN MARGARITAS

Ingredients

100 gr of sugar, 150 ml of water,  5 washed limes, 100ml of tequila, one metal tray, 4 cocktail glasses

Directions

Bring 150 ml of water and the sugar to a boil. Stir until the sugar is smelted in the water.  Keep on the stove for a 15 minutes to make a syrup, let the syrup cool of.

Grate the zest of 2 limes and squeeze  de juice of 4 limes. Add the grated zest and juice to the sugar syrup. Put the mixture into a metal tray and put in the freezer. Let freeze for  4 hours. Stir every 30 minutes with a fork, you have to follow this process  to create  ice shavings.

Divide the ice shavings over  the 4 glasses. Devide the tequila over the glasses.  Cut a lemon into quarters and garnish each  Margarita with a lime wedge. Garnish with a cocktail parasol.

SUMMERPUNCH SHAKE IT !


Ingredients

1 pineapple and cleaned, 500ml of fresh orange juice, 100 ml of Ginger syrup, 250 ml of Ginger Ale, 300ml of white rum, 4 limes cut into strips and 1 cup of mint.

Directions

Cut the pineapple lengthwise into quarters. Remove the hard core. Cut each quarter into pieces. 

Put in a big bowl together with the orange juice, the Ginger Ale, the Ginger syrup and the Rum.

Grate the green rind of 2 limes and squeeze the fruit out. Add the juice of the limes in the bowl of punch. Cut 2 limes into thin slices and add to the punch.

BANANA COLADA


Ingredients

4 bananas, 1 package of coconut milk, 100 ml of dark rum, 300 ml pineapple juice 4 cocktail sates, a blender, 4 milk glasses, four little paper umbrella’s.

Directions

Cut one banana with peel into 8 slices and slide on the cocktail sate. Peel the remaining bananas into pieces  and put in the blender. Add the coconut milk, rum and  pineapple juice and blend for 1 minute .  

Divide the Banana Colada over the 4 glasses and  decorate with  the bananas on a stick and a little paper umbrella.

SOUR CHERRIES OR FARMER BOYS ON ALCOHOL


ingredients

1 kg  of sour cherries, 300gr sugar, 1l pure alcohol, 1 stick cinnamon. One big jar with lid that closes firmly or a Rum pot that closes.

Directions

Choose healthy and ripe fruit.  RInce the cherries and wipe with a towel. Pull-off the stems. The next step is not necessary  but to choice,  remove the stone of the cherries. 

Work in layers,  one layer of cherries in a jig jar or Rum pot, on top of the cherries a layer of sugar Keep repeating at the end  put a cinnamon stick in the jar and pour the alcohol over the layers. Close the lid tightly, and store in a cool, dry place not too hot.  The Cherrie-kickback liquor can be used after  5 to 6 weeks.  As longer the cherries stay in the Liqueur  the better and stronger it gets.

Attention  : as the cherries are in alcohol they absolve the alcohol… they are smooth but have a kickback . Do not eat to much cherries or hangover is close by! HIK!

 

WATERMELON LEMONADE


Ingredients

1 seedless chopped watermelon (about 2-3 kg), lime juice from 10 to 12 limes, 3 lemons sliced in slices for decoration, 2 to 4 tablespoons sugar, crushed ice or ice cubes, a few mint leaves for decoration.

Directions

Use a blender to blend the melon pieces, in several stages, together with the lime juice. Put the puree in a large bowl or a large pitcher of lemonade, add the sugar and melt it with the mash.  

You can add water if the lemonade is to thick. Serve with crushed ice or ice cubes, garnish with a lime wedge or a slice of lime and a mint leaf.
